Humanitarian requests are processed through our flagship Community Assistance and Grant Center (CAGC) in Fridley, MN. Depending on the type of request, an in-person meeting with a CAGC Associate may be arranged. To take the first step, please complete the Humanitarian Grant Request Form. If you are requesting building funds or more complicated funding, please attach supporting documents.
