By identifying gaps and needs within a locality, Community Assistance and Grant Centers (CAGCs) support a variety of programs, projects, and activities in communities where people live and work. Collaboratively creating projects and teams to address and solve these issues, community members develop effective teamwork and good communications that promote an inclusive atmosphere that is of vital importance to our new sovereign and self-sustaining communities.
CAGCs focus on areas where community need is greatest, including veteran assistance, service businesses, government, fire, police, emergency medical services (EMS), schools and daycare for children, nonprofits, churches, and clubs.
Analogous to independent franchisee operators, CAGC Directors will autonomously administer CAGCs in a geographically designated community, accountable only to Sovereign Star Trust (SST) Managing Director. Having the authority to hire as many Assistant Directors and Staff as required, CAGC Directors are the cornerstone for carrying out SST humanitarian work.
Other positions available to help others within your CAGC include Assistant Directors, Account Managers, Project Directors, Mentors, and Volunteers.
1. CAGC Directors seek out small, service-oriented businesses and offer Employment Contract Shares (ECS) to both owners and employees in order keep the community running smoothly with viable businesses.
2. CAGC Directors have the authority to establish ECS using a personal identification number (PIN) that links directly to the Managing Director’s beneficiary chain of funds.
3. CAGC Directors have the authority to create community Business Owner’s Contract Accounts (BOCAs), typically doubling a business owner’s current level of compensation. Business owners then collaborate with the CAGC Director to establish Employment Contract Shares (ECS) for employees.
4. CAGC Directors have the authority to collaborate with government officials to establish ECS for essential government workers like police, fire, and emergency medical service (EMS) personnel.
5. CAGC Directors will interface with both urban and rural community leaders to tailor programs and services to address identified needs.
6. Acting as liaisons with the RSS Program, CAGC Directors interface with organizations such as businesses, schools, churches, clubs, or other nonprofits to register members into the RSS Program.
7. CAGC Directors will administer CAGC Grants, for a variety of community needs ranging from personal and educational assistance, local government support, and infrastructure
improvements in coordination with humanitarian projects initiated by community groups. For example, school and government buildings, playgrounds and equipment, fields for sports and other activities, etc. Grants, being gifts, require no pay back.
8. CAGC Directors and Assistant Directors will support the Private Home Funding Program and other related real estate activities.
9. CAGC Director responsibilities may expand as a CAGC is implemented in a community.
10. CAGC Directors may hire as many Assistant Directors as needed to carry out the functions of a CAGC.
CAGCs offer many training resources and videos to assist any new CAGC Director learn how to set up a CAGC and work with employees, mentors, and volunteers.
